🚀 The Role: Senior Product Manager – Fintech
This is not a “payments feature” role.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead HAAT’s fintech ecosystem payments, cash management, settlements, and financial operations tools.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and evolve HAAT’s financial ecosystem payments, settlements, and cash operations.
- Define and execute the fintech product roadmap with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
- Build and scale financial products that enable digital access for cash-heavy users.
- Design secure, auditable financial flows across payments and settlements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Finance, Ops, and Data teams to build scalable systems and dashboards.
- Translate complex financial requirements into clear product specs, flows, and edge cases.
- Lead rollout plans, documentation, and training to ensure adoption across teams.
- Partner with Fraud & Security teams to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, funnels, and financial metrics.
🎯 What You Bring:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience (Senior / Principal level).
- 3+ years in fintech, payments, or financial products.
- Proven ability to build and scale complex financial systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPIs, dashboards, and financial data.
- Ability to translate financial logic into product requirements and technical flows.
