As an R&D Team Leader at JFrog, you will... Lead a high-performing team of 6–8 developers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems. Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from initial architecture and design to production release. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, driving cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time without compromising quality. Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering efforts with business impact. To be an R&D Team Leader at JFrog, you need… Experience: At least 3–4 years of technical leadership experience, paired with 10–12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
