Must Have: · 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience · Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift · AWS Solution Architect certification – mandatory · Deep experience designing AWS architectures · Experience working in multi-account AWS environments · Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security · Experience with GitOps methodologies · Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains · Networking & system fundamentals · Experience building production environments from scratch Additional requirements: · Kubernetes hardening & container security · Service Mesh technologies such as Istio · Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk · Observability & SRE best practices · AI Infrastructure & LLMOps experience · Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
