Requirements

At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk. 1+ years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk (Tier 1). Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) and Microsoft Intune. Basic understanding of Entra ID and ability to troubleshoot access and SSO issues. Technical support capability for Windows and macOS operating systems. High service orientation, excellent communication, and ability to explain technical information in simple terms. Fluent Hebrew and good communication level English. Ability to work in an organized manner, manage tasks, and document in a ticketing system. Experience working with: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, Entra ID, Zoom, Teams.
