7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience Strong experience developing scalable production systems using a high-level programming language, with preference for Go Experience designing and building distributed, cloud-native systems Proven ownership of complex features or technical initiatives from design through production Experience working with containers, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud environments Strong understanding of system reliability, scalability, observability, and failure handling Experience writing testable code and contributing to CI/CD processes Ability to make sound technical tradeoffs and communicate them clearly to engineers, Product, and other stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment High ownership mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach Nice to Have Experience in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or enterprise SaaS Experience building high-volume systems connected to agents or devices Experience with security-sensitive systems, including least privilege, auditability, and secure software delivery Experience with both cloud and on-prem environments Experience mentoring senior engineers or leading technical initiatives across multiple teams
