Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, the Global Benefits team partners closely with centers of excellence and business partners across and beyond Human Resources. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Benefits Manager to drive high-impact outcomes across HR and the broader Microsoft businesses in Israel. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our Benefit programs are aligned to our global policy and philosophy framework, competitive in the marketplace, and innovatively respond to the needs of our employees at their various life stages. This opportunity will allow you to partner across HR and business groups, leverage data to drive insights on strategic improvements for programs while overseeing Israel employee Benefit programs and suppliers. Responsibilities Benefit Program Design and Delivery Design, deliver, and manage Benefits programs for employees in Israel, including, collateral resources, implementation plans, and employee-facing presentations aligned to Microsoft Global Benefits Philosophy. Monitor program progress, outcomes, and employee experience to ensure Benefits offerings are administered effectively and aligned to business and workforce needs.
