Requirements

Requirements: Strong Experience with Flows: Deep, practical experience building and managing advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, etc.). Coding Capabilities: Hands-on experience with Apex and Salesforce architecture, with the ability to write custom backend logic when necessary. Business & Process Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at a business process, understand how it impacts the company, and design the right setup for it. AI Practicality: A forward-thinking mindset regarding how to use AI tools to automate and improve business processes. Day-to-Day Ownership: Comfortable handling daily system maintenance, fixing bugs, and keeping the platform organized.
