Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI and Data Science professionals
Drive the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and computer vision solutions
Partner with Software, Systems, Product, Clinical, and Data teams to deliver high-impact technologies
Define technical strategy, project priorities, and development roadmaps
Ensure high-quality research, experimentation, and production-ready implementations
Present technical progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and global stakeholders
Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth within the team
Requirements
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
Proven experience leading AI Machine Learning or Data Science teams
Strong background in Machine Learning Deep Learning Computer Vision and Image Analysis
Experience developing and deploying AI models in production environments
Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks
Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare Medical Devices or other regulated industries
Familiarity with real-time imaging computer-assisted diagnostics or AI-driven clinical applications
Track record of delivering innovative AI products from concept to commercialization
