What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or computer science 3+ years of experience in SW/HW validation or automation infrastructure Strong programming experience Experience writing automated tests Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows Background with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems Experience with MCPs, automation agents, or tool/API integrations Excellent communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Jira, Git, and MCP-based tools High self-learning skills with excellent execution quality standards Ways to stand out from the crowd: Experience in IC product testing & debug Background with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers Experience building validation frameworks, parsers, dashboards, or automated report-generation flows Knowledge in DFT & Test methodologies
