BA degree; an MBA is a plus.
5 years of experience in a similar high tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast paced environment with exposure to long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease while positioning value rather than selling pure technical features.

A natural ability to connect with clients and build long term, trust based relationships at senior levels.
Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments.
Detail oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions.
High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market with the ability to maintain credibility in front of engineering teams without being a deep technical expert.
Experience with tools like Jira and Salesforce to enhance productivity and track engagement efficiently.
High level of professionalism, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to work cross functionally with a team while independently driving outcomes.
