Requirements

4+ years of experience in technical support, production engineering, or similar roles Strong experience in troubleshooting complex systems in production environments Proven ability to own incidents and drive resolution across multiple teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a customer-facing role in a B2B environment Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis Experience working with APIs and integrations Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive platforms Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Coralogix, Datadog, ELK) Experience with tools such as Postman and Zendesk Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field Willing to be available for OnCall during weekends
