About The Role

We are seeking a Finance Applications Product Manager to own and evolve HiBob'scorporate applications ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize

business operations encompassing ERP, procurement, travel, Legal and spend management

platforms while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement,

Legal, FP&A, and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do• Own and administer core financial and corporate applications, with a primary focus on

ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Lead the end-to-end implementation of new platforms and facilitate new cross-

functional business processes.

Design and deliver integrations and automations across finance and corporate systems,

capitalizing on AI-driven opportunities.

Serve as the project leader for strategic initiatives, driving scope, timelines, and

stakeholder alignment from kickoff through launch.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, FP&A,

and HR Operations to align on business requirements and product roadmaps.

Author comprehensive, detailed product specifications and Epic-level documentation to

seamlessly guide engineering execution.

Manage vendor relationships across all finance and corporate application platforms
