PassportCard is looking for a Financial ERP Implementation Specialist for a meaningful role that includes providing professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial system within the organization — from the design and implementation phases through go-live and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities Provide professional financial guidance throughout the implementation of a financial ERP system within the organization. Translate financial and business processes into functional system requirements. Work closely with vendors, implementation partners, and business users. Define business needs, characterize financial modules, and review deliverables. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders within the Finance department. After go-live, serve as the professional point of contact for the vendor and business users for ongoing system maintenance and support. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial management, or FP&A — mandatory. Relevant academic background in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related financial field — mandatory.
