ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of a brand / customer activity, combining P&L ownership, hands-on media management, direct management of a small performance marketing team, customer communication and growth.
This is a hands-on role that includes leading a small media team of 1–2 people, while being deeply involved in day-to-day campaign management, performance analysis, experiments and optimization. The role also includes prioritizing and syncing all relevant teams — Media, CRO and Creative — around the same goals.
Our office is located in Kiryat Ono. This is a hybrid position, including two work-from-home days per week.
Requirements
Hands-on Performance Marketing: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
Media Management & Optimization: Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Leadership: Experience leading or managing a small team (an advantage).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.
Experimentation: Experience designing and running platform and creative experiments.
Results-Driven: Proactive, hands-on, and focused on measurable impact.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Organization: Highly organized with excellent execution skills.
English: Excellent written and spoken English.
Reporting: Strong reporting and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Own the brand’s P&L.
Manage the media team directly.
Stay hands-on in campaign management, performance analysis, optimization and ongoing media activity.
Prioritize and sync all teams relevant to the brand, including Media, CRO and Creative.
Partner with the Business Development team to manage customer communication and relationships.
Lead customer development and growth: identify opportunities for growth, additional platforms, creative directions, funnels or other business opportunities.
Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across all stakeholders.
Prepare monthly business reviews for management, including performance against goals, project updates, key risks, and growth opportunities.
