Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
Familiarity with ERP systems, and an understanding of general accounting principles and workflows
Ability to interpret financial workflows, and translate them into logical systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in conversations across finance and technology domains
An analytical mindset with experience in identifying patterns in financial datasets to drive actionable insights
Eagerness to learn new tools and technical systems, with foundational knowledge in SQL as an advantage
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you may go beyond traditional job boundaries
