B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from a leading universities 8+ years of hands-on experience in VLSI / ASIC / SoC development 5+ years of management experience 3+ years of Wireless Connectivity SoC development (WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.) experience Excellent communication, presentation, social, and leadership skills Experience in driving cross functional activities and matrix management Experience in a multinational and cross-functional development environment Demonstrated ability to deep dive into technical details while driving program execution Strong ability to influence, motivate, and align large, diverse teams towards program goals Highly beneficial: Hands on experience as System engineer/Post Silicon Engineer Experience with post silicon activities: Silicon Validation, Debug, Chip bring up, Product Engineering Familiar with both SW release flow and ASIC design flow Advantages for few years of hands-on experience in Program Management & Matrix management roles Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity A strong passion for innovation in program management and continuous improvement
