Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates for a variety of technology roles, primarily within our Professional Services teams and client-facing projects.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
Stay up to date with technology recruitment trends, talent markets, and effective sourcing practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
