Hands-on experience working with engineering/infrastructure models and/or BIM. Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Experience working with Bentley / MicroStation. Strong spatial understanding and ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings. Ability to work independently with strong organization skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership. Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment. Good level of technical English (software interfaces and documentation).
