Serve as the end-to-end owner of the W2G system on behalf of Gett, managing its requirements, operation, maintenance, implementation, and optimization.
Provide timely technical support, handle integration testing (API, SFTP, SSO), and independently resolve complex issues.
Accurately log and manage all service requests, customer communications, and troubleshooting steps in Salesforce.
Monitor bugs and logs, escalating critical issues to R&D when necessary.
