The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon practitioner with strong growth potential to own a portfolio of brand
accounts end to end - advertising, listings, launches, creative direction and the client relationship.
This role sits at the intersection of Amazon performance, brand marketing and operations. You bring solid
Amazon experience and the drive to go deeper: you get into the campaigns and the reports yourself, learn
fast, and decide what happens next based on the data.
What you'll do

budgets ($1M+ annual ad spend as a reference point), agency-side or brand-side, facing the client
directly.
harvesting, negation and ACOS / TACOS economics, and the appetite to master it.
Business Reports, Brand Analytics, SQP and Repeat Purchase Behavior, and in the funnel KPIs behind
them - CTR, CVR, sessions, Buy Box %, organic vs paid.
ACOS vs TACOS when PPC drives organic lift - and familiarity with what Amazon Marketing Cloud can
answer (path to conversion, ad-type overlap, New-to-Brand).
listing audit - and build an AI workflow for it, so your time goes to strategy and growth; and you know
when the machine is wrong.
gallery slide isn't earning its place, where the A+ loses the shopper - tied to CTR and CVR, and lead
designers with a brief, not taste alone.
funnel - awareness, consideration, purchase, repeat, scale - how each stage is driven and measured on
Amazon, and how Amazon fits the brand's wider DTC marketing.
listings via flat files, optimized pages for SEO and worked on a Brand Store; strong Excel, Helium 10
and Sellerboard or equivalents.
learn fast and want to grow with the role; sales mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, strong team player.
Business-level English; the team works in Hebrew.
