Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes. Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management. Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management. Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions. Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – advantage). Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives. Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners. In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
