Requirements

6+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years leading software engineering or ML engineering teams. Strong hands-on experience with Python and C++ or Rust. Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Machine Learning systems. Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and performance optimization.
