To be a Principal Product Manager you need…
10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of significant ownership and leadership over complex, business-critical systems.
Strong technical background: Extensive experience in engineering, R&D, or deep technical product leadership.
Expertise in business scaling: Direct experience building, scaling, and managing internal-facing platforms, monetization services, billing systems, financial workflows, entitlements, provisioning, and cross-system integrations.
Strategic leadership: Outstanding ability to manage multi-stakeholder dependencies, align diverse teams, and execute high-pressure, high-priority initiatives.
Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to influence and lead across engineering, business, and executive (C-suite) levels.
