About this role We are seeking a Backend Tech Lead to join a Full-Stack team that is part of the group responsible for Aidoc's main product line, the Imaging platform. This team focuses on the radiologist's experience, providing the primary access point to Aidoc's AI. The team manages the application installed on the radiologist's computer and the Python-based Gateway service that delivers data to its endpoints. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our backend services, encompassing architecture, coding, and developer mentorship. Responsibilities Lead Full-Stack Development: Lead the design and development of scalable and reliable backend services that power Aidoc's radiologist-facing applications. Architectural Leadership: Drive architectural discussions and make key technical decisions within the team's domain, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability Ownership: Receive end-to-end ownership for product features from ideation to deployment, and work closely with Product and UX to bring the team’s imagination to life.
