Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience: hardware, software, permissions, and network troubleshooting for employees and systems. Experience administering Google Workspace, or Office 365, plus MDM platforms and SaaS integrations. Comfortable managing both macOS and Windows environments. Experience automating IT workflows - scripting (bash, Python) or low-code tools (Google Apps Script, n8n, Slack workflows). Security-first mindset: you think about access, exposure, and attack surface by default. Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and enthusiasm for using AI to work smarter -
