Role: As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, partnering with prospects and customers from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing success. This hybrid pre- and post-sales role combines solution consulting, technical implementation, fraud prevention expertise, and customer enablement. You'll work closely with banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto businesses to understand their fraud challenges, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Alterya's AI-powered platform. In this role, you’ll: Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops. Help customers evaluate Alterya's fraud detection capabilities and align solutions with their fraud prevention strategies. Design and implement customized fraud detection workflows using AI-driven behavioral intelligence and risk signals. Lead technical onboarding, API integrations, and deployment of Alterya's platform into customer environments.
