Proven ability to identify quality or efficiency gaps in design/verification workflows and deliver impactful methodology or automation improvements. Experience in leading or contributing to cross-team technical discussions to define software solutions Passion for building usable tools, with deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and design/verification/debug scenarios.
