5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions including engineering, product, GTM, finance, and leadership roles. Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and drive hiring processes in a proactive and consultative way. Experience leveraging AI tools and technology to improve recruiting processes and increase efficiency. Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities across different domains. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to improve recruiting outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluent in English.
