What we need to see: BSc (MSc pref.) or equivalent - Strong statistics and data analysis background (JMP or other tools) 3+ years of Experience in IC/Silicon manufacturing process including fab, test and assembly. Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration Experience or background in running a product in high volume production (ICs, systems or other). Experience with statistics or data analysis tools , data extract tools. Background with IC Lab measurements using source mete, Scope, spectrum analyzer, optical power meter etc. Knowledge of electro optical devices (Lasers and Detectors). Familiar with high speed fiber optics products, good understanding of system/IC assembly process. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/DOE techniques.
