About the Role As an SEO Associate, you'll play a versatile role across three core pillars of our SEO strategy: link building, content creation, and technical SEO. You'll manage our link acquisition efforts and agency relationships, help create and optimize content that drives organic growth, and work hands-on with technical SEO improvements across our website. This role requires self-motivation, a fast learning curve, and comfort operating in a high-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll collaborate closely with the SEO team, marketing department, and external agencies to execute a well-rounded organic growth strategy. Analyzing websites to identify potential partnerships Managing freelancers/agencies and day-to-day link acquisition activities Researching, writing, and/or briefing SEO-optimized content for our web properties Maintaining and updating existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and competitive Collaborating with writers, designers, and other marketing teams to publish new content on a regular cadence Conducting keyword and competitor research to inform content topics and structure Monitoring site health using SEO tools and flagging issues proactively Maintaining SEO best practices across Tailor Br
