Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, or laboratory coordination. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent project management and prioritization abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, both written and verbal. Also Good to Have Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Experience in Quality Control laboratories. Familiarity with LIMS, Empower, TrackWise, SAP, or similar systems. Knowledge of GMP regulations and Data Integrity requirements. Experience with KPI management and process improvement methodologies.
