If you are passionate about turning operational insight into real-world products that make a difference – come be part of a team that is building the future of tactical unmanned systems In this role you will Define CONOPS, operational use cases, and system-level product requirements for Tactical and ALE systems Take part of the full product lifecycle – from definition and development through integration, testing, and operational delivery Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and UX teams, maturing new ideas into deployable products through prototypes, demonstrations, and user experiments Contribute to mission-oriented product roadmaps, aligning operational needs, user experience, and technology maturity Support marketing, sales, and business development activities in Israel and internationally by providing operational insight and product positioning Requirements Academic background in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, Product Design, or a related field -
