6+ years of backend engineering experience, with preference for Go At least 1-2 years of hands-on people management or formal team lead experience Experience owning team delivery end-to-end: planning, execution, and stakeholder communication Solid foundation in cloud-native systems, containers and databases Clear communicator: able to translate technical tradeoffs for product and non-technical leadership High ownership mindset; comfortable operating with autonomy Nice to Have Background in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or enterprise SaaS Experience with high-volume, agent-connected systems at scale Familiarity with security-sensitive design (least privilege, audit trails, supply chain integrity)
