A proven HR Operation leader with 10+ years of experience. We're looking for people who have worked in fast-paced technology companies in which the work environment can get dynamic. Experience in designing compensation and benefits policies and labor legislation. Excellent people skills and demonstrated high emotional intelligence. Proven experience working with managers at all seniority levels. Knowledge and experience in working with various HRIS systems (such as BambooHR). Ability to prioritize tasks to align with particular deadlines Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR management, Business Administration, or a related area. Remains composed and productive under pressure. Willing to help with things outside of your role.
