7+ years of Software Engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or formal mentoring role. Proven track record of writing idiomatic, high-performance code in Go or C++, with hands-on experience building systems-level tools or agents for Windows, Linux, or macOS. Deep understanding of OS internals, networking protocols, or memory management. Independent, an autodidact with excellent problem-solving and a passion for learning cutting-edge technologies and delivering end to end solutions Exceptional async written English skills, capable of articulating complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
