What You Will Do Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to technical leader for customers, guiding them on their journey to the hybrid cloud and application modernization. Listen and Design: Partner with customers to understand their unique business goals and technical requirements. You'll then design robust, secure, and scalable solutions on Red Hat OpenShift that meet those needs. Build and Implement: Roll up your sleeves and lead the hands-on implementation of the solutions you design. You’ll be building everything from proof-of-concepts to full production environments. Teach and Enable: Lead workshops and share best practices with customer teams, mentoring them on topics like containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices. Your goal is to make them successful long after our engagement ends. Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with Red Hat’s sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
