Senior Business Solution Architect - PLM

What we need to see: B.Sc. in Industrial / Mechanical/ hardware engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in PLM systems architecture, business analysis, or solution development. Strong expertise in PLM platforms such as Windchill or Agile. Proven record of leading PLM implementation or system harmonization projects. Experience with BOM structure, change control, and system integration with ERP/CAD tools. Personal skills: excellent interpersonal skills, independent, responsible, proactive, ability to lead people and tasks from end to end without authority. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, with a balance of technical and business understanding. Working flexible hours. Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment. Languages: English - Good writing and reading skills. Good verbal skills.
