You’ll own the product vision, prioritize development work, and ensure seamless collaboration across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Act as the key stakeholder and decision-maker for product and feature development within Agile teams. Define, prioritize, and refine product requirements-ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate closely with R&D Directors, Engineering, and Field teams to translate business needs into high-impact user stories. Work with Release Managers and Technical Leads to define scope and priorities for development cycles. Develop detailed functional specifications and maintain a groomed product backlog. Ensure alignment and communication across stakeholders at every stage of the product lifecycle. Inspire and empower development teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions with urgency and purpose. Requirements Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a software companies building mission-critical enterprise platforms. Relevant roles include Product Owner / Product Manager / Systems Engineer / Architect /Solution Architect. Proven ability to define and prioritize complex requirements to meet both user needs and business goals.
