Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Sales Operations Team Leader to join our team! We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Sales Operations leader to drive and optimize our end-to-end order-to-delivery process. This role combines team leadership, operational excellence, forecasting, reporting, and process ownership while working closely with sales, logistics, finance, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and actively participate in daily Sales Operations activities, including quotations, order management, bookings, shipments, and delivery execution. • Own and manage sales forecasting processes (bookings and revenue), identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities. • Lead and manage the Israel-based Sales Operations team while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily operations. • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across Salesforce and related systems. • Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks. • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives. • Maintain operational policies, procedures, and training materials. • Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence across sales operations processes. • Lead Salesforce optimization and enhancement projects to support business growth.
