Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 3 years - a must! Previous experience as an Administrator of Office 365 & Azure AD and Google Workspace - a must! Experience with supporting non technical personnel Experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS administration Experience with server virtualization (VMWare of Open Source) Experience with managing network devices (as Cisco and FortiGate) Experience with troubleshooting network issues Experience with troubleshooting OS malfunctions Fluent in English – verbally & written – a must!
