We are looking for A Supplier Quality Manager for specification items at our Haifa site, within the Aerospace division Join a leading quality team in one of the world's foremost defense organizations, where you will have a direct impact on the quality of critical products and lead improvement processes with top industry suppliers In this role you will Manage and control supplier quality for mechanical and electronic specification items Conduct periodic quality audits at supplier sites and lead continuous improvement processes Analyze quality findings, generate statistical reports and define corrective action plans Support development processes within the company and lead FAI processes with suppliers Support onboarding and qualification of new suppliers Collaborate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues Define quality requirements for suppliers and implement standards and specifications Requirements B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management or Materials Engineering Lead Auditor certification -
