We are looking for For our Aerospace Division – UAV Operations Department at the company’s site in Modiin, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager The Operational Excellence Manager will take part in shaping and implementing the operational strategy across all organizational levels and will serve as a professional authority for operational excellence methodologies, tools, and practices In this role you will Lead the Operational Excellence (OPEX) domain within the UAV Operations Department Partner in building and implementing the operational strategy across all organizational levels Lead cross-operational processes to drive excellence and innovation using advanced tools and methodologies Conduct in-depth assessments and periodic excellence evaluations and define action plans accordingly Support and execute annual work plans to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement goals Lead improvement projects focused on process optimization, productivity enhancement, schedule reduction, and product quality improvement Implement advanced operational excellence methodologies and tools such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, VSM, Kaizen, and 5S Define KPIs and performance measurement methods and monitor the implementation of processes and methodologies across various units Work with multiple internal and external interfaces and drive employees and managers in a matrix environment Serve as part of the senior operations leadership team and report to the VP of the UAV Operations Department Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant Engineering discipline Master’s degree -
