About You Basic Qualifications 5+ years of professional backend experience, with a focus on Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (experience in Java or Go is highly valued). Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue. A track record of designing and building complex, large-scale systems and high-concurrency architectures. Deep experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and modern CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in integrating third-party APIs and managing modern message brokers (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Strong proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data modeling for scale. High efficiency in leveraging coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate the development lifecycle. Self-driven with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partner effectively with both internal stakeholders and external development teams. Other Qualifications Experience with platforms such as Argo Workflows or Airflow. Hands-on experience building and maintaining robust ETL/data pipelines.
