Responsibilities:
- Execute manual software testing for complex multidisciplinary systems
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios based on system requirements
- Create and maintain QA documentation, including STP, STD, and STR documents
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects
- Work closely with development teams and various technical stakeholders
- Perform testing on Web and/or Client-Server applications
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and validate system functionality
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and testing processes
Requirements:
- QA certification or formal QA training course
- Experience in manual software testing or practical testing experience gained through a QA course
- Understanding of QA methodologies and software testing processes
- Ability to write test documentation (STP, STD, STR)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- System-level thinking and the ability to understand end-to-end business processes
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
