The role We're looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to join our team. This is an end-to-end role - from problem definition through research, design, and delivery. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape experiences that matter to the people running their own businesses on HoneyBook. What you will do Transform complex ideas into simple, working products that bring value to our users and drive business impact. Own the entire product lifecycle - from opportunity to shipped product and beyond. Rapidly test hypotheses using Claude, Lovable, Cursor and others to get real things in front of users fast. Advocate for our diverse customer base with hard data and in-depth qualitative and quantitative research insights to help meet their unique needs.
