As our first dedicated DevOps hire, you won't be joining an existing function - you'll be defining it. You'll own the full infrastructure layer, set the standards for how we build and ship software, introduce new tooling, and apply AI-native approaches to areas of DevOps that have historically been manual, directly shaping the developer experience for a team that's growing fast. Drive CI/CD maturity - build and continuously improve pipelines that give engineers the fastest possible path from commit to production, with automated testing, rollback safety, and clear deployment visibility. Elevate the developer platform - identify and close gaps in tooling, environments, and local development workflows so engineers spend time building product, not fighting infrastructure.
