About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our financial operations. The Director of Finance will work closely with our VP Finance, taking end-to-end ownership of the day-to-day finance operations, and playing a key role in building the financial processes, systems, and controls that will support Reeco through its next phase of growth. This is a high-ownership role with meaningful room to grow as the company scales. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance operations end-to-end, including payroll, AP/AR, billing & collections, and vendor management Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements, tax filings, and ongoing interaction with external accountants Work with the Company's external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and compliance matters to ensure adherence to local tax and statutory
