Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline Practical experience with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA) Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to lab operations and task management Comfortable and effective in a hands-on lab or workshop environment Self-directed, reliable, and a strong team collaborator Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (NX preferred) Familiarity with various manufacturing processes — injection molding, sheet metal, CNC machining Experience designing and building end-to-end experimental hardware setups Exposure to embedded electronics platforms (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or equivalent) Prior experience in a prototyping, lab, or workshop setting — academic, research, or industry Experience producing engineering drawings or technical documentation to professional standards
