Who you are 7+ years in product management, including experience leading or mentoring PMs, in a deeply technical product (developer tools, compilers, EDA, HPC, ML infrastructure, scientific computing, or similar). PhD or MSc in Quantum Information, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. Strong systems thinking: comfortable reasoning about compilation, optimization, resource trade-offs, and complex constrained problems. A track record of owning ambiguous, research-adjacent roadmaps and turning them into shipped products. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to earn credibility with PhD-level researchers and with commercial partners in the same week. Business instinct: you can shape partnerships, positioning, and packaging, not just backlog. Ability to ramp fast on a hard new domain and enjoy doing so.
