We are looking for We're looking for a Scrum Master to drive execution across multidisciplinary engineering projects in our Platform Engineering group. This is a hands-on engineering operations role. You'll work with mechanical, hardware, embedded, communications, NPI, QA, and integration engineers to remove blockers and push complex projects to completion. In this role you will Own the day-to-day execution tempo: ensure tasks are clear, priorities understood, blockers are visible and solved, and progress tracked Track commitments across parallel projects and ensure critical deliverables don't fall through the cracks Identify bottlenecks across projects, people, dependencies, and processes. Then actively push them to open.
